The head company of VIS Group’s construction division, VIS Production Company, performs the entire range of construction and installation works for the construction of a new administrative building for the executive authorities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in Salekhard. The total area of the two multi-story buildings is 37,300 m2, which makes it one of the largest buildings in the capital of Yamal.
In accordance with the project, the building comprises two nine-story blocks connected to each other by a heated passage. Together with the Government of the YNAD and the architectural bureau, the design concept of the interior space was completely updated. Today, its ergonomics meets the latest trends. These include comfortable visitor reception conditions with an integrated digital system, and multifunctional open-space working areas and conference rooms. The project will create 1,550 jobs; its design provides for five variously-sized high-tech auditoriums, classrooms and lecture halls of the Regional Educational Center for Public Administration.
The project additionally provides for the improvement of the adjacent territory with a total area of over 49,000 m2.
