The Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia Vagan Martirosyan met with VIS Group management team in Erevan.

The heads of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, National PPP Centre and Gazprombank attended the event.

Following the changes to the business strategy and the expansion of the activities of VIS Group, Dmitry Ryabov decided to sell his stake in the Group to Igor Snegurov.

The results of the preliminary selection of bidders will be announced at the meeting of the Tender Committee on December 6.

The contract has been terminated on the initiative of “PC “VIS” LLC from September 23, 2017 due to the client’s failure to fulfill key terms of the contract and a lack of funding.

The new highway will connect three federal routes “Ussuri”, “Amur” and “Vostok”, which will create a unified Chita - Vladivostok transport corridor and ensure transit to the Strait of Tartary.

Investors were presented with infrastructure projects planned for implementation on the territory of the Volga Federal District

The parties discussed the possibilities of implementing joint investment projects in the territory of the region. Among the promising projects are pilot projects of public-private partnership for the reconstruction and construction of highways.
