The negotiations focused on the potential cooperation in operating transport infrastructure facilities using innovative IT solutions offered by the Italian company.

The document was signed by the Minister of Health Care of the Novosibirsk Oblast Konstantin Khalzov and the member of the Board of Directors of VIS Group Sergey Romashov.
