On the eve of a professional holiday, the construction division of the VIS Group completed the sixth stage of the span structure sliding of the bridge across the Ob River in Novosibirsk.

Over 100 people are involved in the construction of the facility, along with 4 tower cranes, concrete mixing and pumping equipment. The construction readiness of the frame is estimated at 40%.

All of them are 3rd and 4th-year students at the Bridges and Tunnels faculty, thus, the chance to work on this large-scale construction site, rather than just visit it, was regarded by many as an invaluable experience.

In total, since the start of the sliding, which started in March 2021, 216 running meters have been thrust towards the river bed.

The Seventh Concession Company (part of the VIS Group) and Gazprombank signed agreements on the provision of banking products for a total of 13.7 billion rubles.

The work is carried out around the clock, with 1,500 people and 173 units of special equipment from VIS Group’s construction division engaged in the process.
