In the framework of VIS Group’s SPIEF-2019 business program, the head of the holding Igor Snegurov met with the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov.

The “Space Economy: Potential of State and Business Interaction” session was held on June 7 at the SPIEF with participation from Igor Snegurov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIS Group. Natalia Reznichenko, First Deputy Director General for Investments of the First Concession Corporation (part of VIS Group), participated in the “Investments in the Urban Environment” session.

A private concession initiative on the investment project’s implementation was submitted to the Government of the Kaliningrad Region on behalf of the Tenth Concession Company (member of VIS Group).

In accordance with the signed loan agreement, Gazprombank is slated to open a line of credit for the Regional Concession Company with a limit of 7.5 billion rubles.

China Civil Engineering Corporation (China State Construction Engineering Corp, CSCEC) is the largest company in the PRC that specializes in the construction of railways and high-speed roads, airports, bridges, tunnels and skyscrapers.

The main declared objective of the parties’ collaboration is to assist in solving problems of attracting investments into the republic’s economy, developing and effectively implementing investment projects in the republic.

Today, meetings were held with the heads of several regions regarding the progress of the holding’s current projects and the prospects for furthering cooperation.

VIS Group representatives have an extensive agenda within the SPIEF business program framework – signing of several agreements, negotiations with representatives of federal authorities, governors, heads of banks and corporations.
